i hope you all had a wonderful weekend.  we spent sunday in manhattan exploring the department store holiday windows, eating hot dogs, drinking max brenner hot chocolate in bryant park and letting the girls run amuck in fao schwartz - a pretty amazing day.  i think the girls finally have their city legs as i didn't hear one complaint through our nearly three hour stroll.  the windows were of course amazing - barneys were hilarious and bergdorf's are unbelievably breathtaking - i can't get them out of my head.  here is a slideshow from the ny times that highlights all of them...
