anna

that book looks amazing!

kind of a coincidence - but paging through cookbooks with a cup of tea has a very calming effect on me. dreaming of al those delicious meals makes me happy...

Courtney

Rahel

i recharge by lighting tons of candles and then i read, read and read :)oh and drink a hot chai tea latte.

Emily

Laughing with my friend Nathan :-)

Smoothies are one of my favorite healthy treats. Looks like a great book. The thing that recharges me is stretching and doing yoga.

Nadia

listening to some good music, making a really good smoothie on a hot day, a long bike ride, a hot cup of tea, or eating strawberry soy yogurt with bananas and granola in it (yum).

Bec

The book looks awesome! A 10 min meditation always recharges me!

Kate

I love a hot cup of tea, a good book and quiet time blogging.

shaylah fawn deviney

a lovely hot bubble bath with just a few candles and zero 7 playing in the background while sipping on white wine... and it would be even more perfect if it was raining.

rachel

to recharge i go to yoga or get a pedicure or go on an amazon.com shopping spree. or do all three.

this book looks lovely. you always inspire. =)

Julie

Having giggle time with the kiddos always recharges my batteries--I guess it reconnects me with child energy!

rachel

yoga, a pedicure, an amazon.com shopping spree. or all three.

the photos look beautiful. you always inspire. =)

i just wrote down everyone's post in my journal. lovely suggestions. !!

Stefanie Jane

it depends on the day, but usually an episode of doctor who, a cup of tea, and snuggling under the covers. then realizing i can't do that all day :)

jillian

yoga or reading are my favorite pick me ups! The book looks beautiful; can't wait to see it!

Claire

My Recharges (in approximate order of effectiveness): 1. Running, esp in a beautiful place, in full sun, and up a hill. At the top of the hill I can run down, and in picking up speed, I pick up energy! 2. Napping. A big one. 3. Listening to Irish jigs at a very loud volume. 4. Cleaning. Once things are clean and I put a little sweat into cleaning, I feel refreshed and ready to be productive.

Thanks! Have a great week everybody!

my rechargers: (long list)

nibbling on semi-sweet baking chocolate, sipping a really cold glass of water or a cup of hot jazmine tea, playing with puppies, a good thrifting day, a weekend away (of course), playing outside, going for a long drive on our country roads, snuggling, listing to my little girls giggles, laying in the grass all afternoon and gardening.

abby

the unsolicited company/help of my husband in various chores i dread when i'd rather be messing in the vegetable garden or coming up with new knitted lovelies. fresh like a quiet and cool spring morning. i treasure both! (and things get done twice as fast!)

Desi

a run, flossing/brushing my teeth, swimming & some ginger.

eug

seeing my kids laugh and have fun

Ingrid

5 hour energy, it's crazy I know, but it does work. Also a shot of Bushmills gives me a big charge.

Grace

Conversation with precious family members recharges me. Thank you.

denise

A walk on the beach and/or fresh fruit are a wonderful recharger for me. Also painting, pilates, and yoga. Beautiful captures... thanks for sharing.

Danielle Hoffman

Looks like a wonderful book! Beet ginger smoothies always recharge me...or bikram yoga! A 20 minute nap never hurts either.

Thanks for sharing!

Brooke

Citrus perks me up right away. Love a grapefruit mid-afternoon.

Carole

a green smoothie and an all out shake-your-booty dance!
