good morning and a very happy monday to you.  we had a very productive weekend - i truly hope you enjoyed yours.  this morning i wanted to share something special with you.  i am the sentimental sort.  the type that must wear or carry something for my little ones whenever i am apart from them.  whether it be their birthstone, their photo in my locket - something so that they are always with me.  when i came across the work of whitney phippen of luckymebeads i knew she could create such a piece for me.  her silhouette necklaces have won her accolades across the blog universe; but recently she started to customize the silhouettes.  i simply sent her three profile photographs of my girls and she crafted the exquisite piece you see above.  whitney was a dream to work with - holding my hand each step of the way to ensure i was comfortable with the size of the rings, the tones of the materials and of course the silhouettes themselves.  it arrived beautifully wrapped on saturday and i am only taking it off this morning for a swim.  thank you to whitney for creating something so intensely personal, beautiful, wearable and such a unique keepsake - i will treasure it forever.
